Moving on up!
Just recently I was listening to a friend of mine explaining about how her son was doing well at his new job. When I asked her what exactly he was doing that she was so excited about, she told me this…
“Daryl has recently found an amazing opportunity where he is able to break into the ground level of this big Company at minimum wage & within 5 years he could be making $15 an hour plus benefits!” She proceeded to explain to me how she knew someone else who had climbed the corporate ladder in the same company, and had retired with a pension that had earned him $1,500 a month!
Needless to say I was speechless. Was this really anything that I had hoped for one of my children? I kept asking myself, what’s wrong with this picture? Have people lost the drive for something better? Have the young people that used to be so ambitious become passive & uninterested in achieving the kind of results that make life luxurious and hopeful?
Well, I wasn’t the only one who was listening to what she had to say about her son’s possibilities. The woman sitting on the other side of me, spoke up before I could respond, and began explaining how her daughter had just earned her biggest check ever in her new network marketing business she started 6 months ago from home. She had just earned $42,000 in one week and was flying off to the Bahamas’ to celebrate with her boyfriend!
I was thankful that I didn’t have to say a word to my friend about her son’s possibilities, at the same time feeling sorry for her now squelched hopefulness for him. The other woman went on to say that her daughter was only 21 years old and how proud she was of her moving up the ladder in life.
I thought- Ok, so she’s moving on up, working from home, without a degree, and never has to punch a time clock or wait around for that annual vacation and Christmas bonus. And then there’s the money…Lots of money! She is the CEO of her own Home Business! Why should anyone with half a brain wait around for that gold watch, and does anyone really want it anyway?
Yes, things have changed. If you lose your job, selling your house and moving away to where you can find another just isn’t an option anymore! So what is a good person to do? How do you take care of your family? Well the truth is that you can’t rely on the big companies the way we used to. People are becoming more and more self reliant.
People everywhere are working from home. They are doing it on the internet in their pajamas. You see, it used to be that network marketing had a bad name because you were expected to approach your friends and family to get involved in whatever it was that you were selling. Besides, no one wanted to make cold calls to leads that just slammed the door in your face.
Because of the internet, Network Marketing is exploding! People are earning huge incomes! Over 1 million people each week search online for a “Work at Home Opportunity”. We are all open minded to Network Marketing now because punching that time-clock just isn’t working the way it used to since the internet has changed the way the industries operate on a daily basis.
We no longer are willing to settle for starting at the very bottom, and sitting there hoping there’s a rainbow at the end. And why should we? Most of agree that the rainbow we desire is there for the taking. You CAN have a CEO Home Business of your own! The internet is blossoming with opportunity! All you have to do is look!
More people today are unemployed looking for extra income and more people are dissatisfied with their jobs, and are looking for a way out. These are your future prospects, and these are the people who bring new found success to online marketing every single day! I think it’s about time we all help each other!
